Model 231

A.R.C.E.M.I. Impianti S.r.l. has adopted its Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001, through which it intends to affirm and promote a corporate culture based on legality, transparency, ethics, fairness, and respect for rules, so that no unlawful conduct may be considered permitted, even if carried out in the interest or to the advantage of the company. The Company has established a Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) responsible for monitoring business processes that could, even in theory, entail risks of criminal offences being committed. This Organization, Management and Control Model is made available to all stakeholders (i.e., all interested parties such as employees, directors and officers, and the Company’s collaborators), both in hard copy at the AF&C Department and on the corporate intranet. All recipients are required to consult it and to fully comply with the conduct aimed at preventing any kind of unlawful act, noting that a specific reporting procedure is in place, via certified email (PEC) to the Supervisory Body at odv.arcemi@ultracert.it, for any conduct deemed unlawful or in any event contrary to the Company’s provisions and procedures.

Please note that, for the reporting of information containing relevant elements in relation to the supervisory activities carried out by the Supervisory Body, the certified email (PEC) mailbox has been activated: odv.arcemi@ultracert.it
